How to Delete Your Account

1. Request Account Deletion Through the App

1. Open the Love Local Google App on your device.
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your deletion request.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

2. Request Account Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

• Email: support@mi-cnx.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Include:
  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name
  • Any additional verification details for security purposes

We will process your request within 7 working days and confirm via email once your account has been deleted.

What Data is Deleted?

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
✅ Personal information (name, email, phone number)
✅ Account details and login credentials
✅ Transaction history within the app
✅ Stored rewards, offers, and preferences

Data That May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain certain data for legal or compliance reasons:

• Financial transaction records may be stored for up to 6 years to comply with tax and regulatory obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that does not personally identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

After the applicable retention period, this data is securely deleted.
